My christmas present for Sara and Linda were tickets to the Nutcracker at Ruth Eckerd Hall. Sara has been wanting to go see it for years and Linda hasn’t been to a ballet in 20 years, about the same as me. We went to get our nails done and eat to Olive Garden for dinner beforehand. The Nutcracker was beautiful and I was very impressed with the dancer who was Clara (the main female dancer). There was another dancer who was so flexible! and tall and skinny and she seems to know how impressive she was. (Sara and Linda, you know what I mean, haha!) I tried to take a few pictures with my phone, but the lights were too strong to get any of the dancers in the picture. No matter, we had a wonderful evening!
Waffles

Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup oil
Mix everything! Use a cup to pour into waffle maker.
